Baraga County Repeater Association, Inc is a tax-exempt non-profit 501(c)3 organization. Upon donating to BCRA you will receive a receipt with our tax number allowing you to take a tax deduction on your tax return for your charitable gift. Your contribution will insure the club’s continued success by funding equipment improvements, our public service events, and club activities.
There are many companies out there that match donations, effectively doubling your support of BCRA. You can check with your employer human resources department to see if they will match your donation to BCRA.
Please consider donating any of your old radios and other Amateur radio items to the BCRA. We can turn your old boat anchors into cash. These funds can keep membership dues down, and provide extra cash for club projects. If you have any equipment to donate, please contact us. We can come pick it up, and the club will provide you with a receipt showing estimated value of equipment which can be used for tax deduction purposes. This includes municipalities who are no longer utilizing their “High Band” equipment.
Monetary, equipment and tower space donations are appreciated.
